Et pourtant, avoir une bonne respiration et savoir se d\u00e9tendre sont des atouts majeurs pour notre organisme. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">La relaxation est un rel\u00e2chement musculaire et un repos psychique permettant au corps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et de se ressourcer.
